polymers, pharmaceuticals, oxides and oxide derivatives. Designs consistently met all capital,
schedule and operability goals.

Section Manager for Brine Chemicals. Supervised eleven engineers providing
production support engineering (manufacturing improvement and process engineering)
for Brine Chemicals Manufacturing.
Achieved 15% yield increase in bromine manufacturing.
· Process Engineering Project Manager. Led design of a world scale chlorobenzene facility. Project completed on time and within budget. Plant achieved design capacity on schedule. Pioneered the use of critical path techniques for project management within Dow.
