·        Led the development and implementation of the Michigan Division MIOSHA PSM compliance process and the protocol for hosting a MIOSHA compliance audit/inspection.

·        Assisted in the development and implementation of the Responsible CARE self evaluation process for Dow in the Michigan Division. Assisted Midland County implementation of CA/ER and the LEPC.

·        Participated on the project team that successfully identified $6,000,000 per year of process improvement opportunities for a Ford site and an inexpensive alternative to a planned $15,000,000 capital project.

·        Extensive success in the control/reduction of infrastructure costs:

·        Michigan Division Security Department cost reduction by 25%

·        Diphenyl-oxide Plant labor cost reduction by 30%

·        Michigan Division Safety/Loss Prevention Department cost reduction by 40%
